Assorted rubbish from the rectory, discarded in the 1870s. The reddish glazed pottery fragments, centre right, are from utilitarian mixing bowls made of local earthenware (redware) and finished with a lead glaze. This sort of ware was produced until the middle years of the nineteenth century.
