Looks like a spindle whorl.
It’s not a spindle whorl. It’s far too small.
Only cotton spindles from India would have had a whorl that small in that era and they are typically made of brass.
Hi, I found one of these a few months ago on a beach near an eroding old dump. I have been trying to figure out what it is to no avail. So excited someone else found the same.
Probably the end of a Victorian bone cotton spool.
