Intact white ceramic pepper pot (or sugar or salt sprinkler), with a hole in the bottom for a cork. Of the fourteen holes, only three are open. The others are blocked, having been improperly punched. This would make the pot frustratingly difficult to use, and the production flaw would account for the fact that it was discarded unbroken.
