The Gillard’s bottle looks like it may be ‘The Empire’ Worcestershire Sauce. There’s a Gillard’s Export Price List on Ebay right now and their bottles/jars didn’t change much. The label seems to match, what detail you can see.
The only other label I’ve seen on Gillard’s is a large jar that once contained L. V pickles that’s listed on Worthpoint and that’s red and white.
