Base of an ‘Isobath’ patent reservoir inkstand, made by Doulton for the De La Rue company of London, who also designed fountain pens. This is the base of a pedestal foot, rising into a bowl (the bottom of the inkstand), and broken off at that point. The inkstand is light blue all over its remaining portion, inside and out.
