Poison Bottle

Green glass poison bottle with star embossing, found amid 1920s refuse at Ringstead. It contains remnants of a white substance. Poison bottles of this sort held any substances that were poisonous (including silver polish). During the 1910s and 1920s they were used for an ever increasing range of substances.
